Any Kale lovers out there? We love Kale, but it can get cumbersome when the leaf gets large. The kale micros are perfectly delicate and robust with kale flavor. One of the shortest greens we produce.

RED CABBAGE MICROS:
The most colorful microgreen that we grow. Dark purple in color and slightly crunchy in texture, these greens stand alone. These greens will light up any dish light the fourth of July!
Really, Really Spicy! Throw away the hot sauce kind of heat. Full on wasabi heat comes a few seconds after taking these guys in. Sprinkle over any dish that needs a little flavor pickup!
