Welcome to Poncha Creek Gardens
We are a small market garden located in Poncha Springs, Colorado. Our main focus is growing highly nutritious microgreens for our mountain community & beyond.
Our family found microgreens while recovering from damage caused by celiac disease. Their nutritional content continues to be imperative for our overall health.
We have microgreens with every meal and want to share the benefits with our community.
